At Hauser Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and instruction manuals included.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
